FREE SHIPPING ON ALL NEW ZEALAND

Items will be shipped the next business day following purchase. Please allow enough time for the delivery of your items. We ship the majority of our orders with NZ couriers. Covid is having an impact on the delivery of orders across most of NZ. Please be aware that we are unable to provide a refund for orders that are affected by shipping delays as this is beyond our control. Please order well in advance of your event. Please note, during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day & after public holidays. We often see couriers take longer to deliver across New Zealand. Please order well ahead of your event to avoid disappointment. Delivery address must be a Street address as we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Refund & Return Policy

We believe you will be delighted with our partyware. In the unlikely circumstance of a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us promptly at middlemistevent@yahoo.com, and we will organize a replacement for you. Please note that we do not provide refunds for changes of mind or if the product was unused. For return shipping of non-faulty products, the buyer is responsible for the associated costs.

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Prices may change without prior notice. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be included in your order during the checkout process unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
